My work gave us a demo of some VR stuff on oculus rift today. On the back of this i think ive taught myself into buying a PSVR. Am i being wise here? PSVR is good. I was/ am really impressed with it. It would be better if I could have a good long session without the sicky feeling though. On a related note, I recommend playing Skyrim VR and jumping from heights. A real stomach turner.

A friend just bought Skyrim VR. His actual words: "Oh my word. Picked up skyrim vr the otherday. Only had chance to play the intro but man its nuts. The sense of scale adds a totally new level of detail to the game."

Additionally:
"Got as far as riverwood. Those mountains now no longer seem something viable to jump up and more an imposing sight. While areas with foliage come in on top of you much more."
And when asked if it has a noticeable drop in graphical fidelity:
"Yes when you look the level of detail is decreased. But the immersion really takes your attention away from it."
There you have it, people. Immersion.

Just back from Parents night. All fine. There was a display of P5's work. Models of the Titanic. Half of them obviously done by parents. There were two Lego kits of the Titanic.

Just back from Parents night. All fine. I'm sure your mum, dad and teacher are all pleased with your progress.

What about taking another swing at the lady in the outer office? A quick late afternoon drive by (quick witty pun then exit before you have a chance to ruin the moment)? I didn't know that Super Seducer would already have such an impact. I had a negg for lunch. Tent Hen had a negg for lunch? Erm, a bit tasteless in a cannibally kinda way.

Just back from Parents night. All fine. Gutting. If I, against all odds, ever have kids, I hope they are total bad asses.

BDT may have taken me by surprise a bit, but I am sitting on my sofa laughing out loud at "ten tegg".

Explains the leather jacket purchase though.. Seriously? I'd have thought poor parenting skills are quite likely in anyone here who has failed to use contraception properly. Poor parenting skills might well lead to badass kids.
