I went into my workplace yesterday. There was a big red sticker on my desk saying 'DESK CLOSED' and my computer would no longer work anyway. The post room said I had to give 24 hours to get my packages. The satchel shop said they wouldn't repair my satchel (work unrelated).
I did have a delicious burrito.

Mass Effect Rescued Liara from the underground dig site. The planetary driving bits are not as bad as I remember, and they look ace. I did turn the vehicle upside down st one point and had to reload. Then I accidentally flirted quite heavily with Kaiden while he was trying to explain how he was experimented on as a child. I had a similar exleroence with Kaiden, Liara even asked if we were a couple. I haven't spoken to him since. Driving round planets offers a nice break to it all. Picked up a few nice items and managed to take down a thresher. |

I'm in the process of sorting through some boxes of my old junk that my parents recently found in their garage, and have been afflicted with an heavy dose of nostalgia.
Key findings so far include:
About a hundred old video game magazines, including some Sega Power from 1991, and Official Dreamcast UK mag.
A ticket for Wimbledon vs Liverpool at selhurst Park from December 1998. Iirc Michael Owen missed a pen after Ince had dived in the box.
Some of my work from final year of university. I had always assumed I was an ok student, but looking through it I think they must have passed me out of pity. It's proper shit.
A place mat from somewhere called Chicago Meatpackers in charing Cross road, with some scribbles by faceless bureaucrat age 9.
A fake ID. It's my picture but not my name. Amazingly it used to work.
I'm thinking of turning it all into some sort of art installation. Random Evidence of a Mediocre Human.
