Scubar has confirmed that he delivered the beer to me at 14:04 at home. I'm still in the office, not at home, so I don't actually have proof that I have the beer yet.

Lunchblog: pasta in a home-made tomato sauce. I had a leftover country-sausage, so took that out of its skin and crumbled it in. Boodiful.

Lunchblog: Peanut, chickpea & rice soup for lunch. No beer, as I stand in solidarity with scam victim Destry. Also, it's not really beer weather here. Cold, very windy and rainy.
Today my brother was attending two different weddings (one in the morning, one in the afternoon). I really hope that they had better weather. What were they thinking, getting married in late May.
Gamesblog: No Xenoblade Chronicles last night because I was too tired. I was just about able to visit Redd's boat in Animal Crossing and take advantage of the cousin's discount for the Familiar Statue (Rodin's Thinker). I was really looking forward to adding it to the museum's collection because so far I've had a lot of paintings but hardly any statues.

Reader, I done fucked up. I didn't pay attention and I sold my precious statue at Nook's by mistake. I wish that items that can't be re-ordered from the catalogue were colour coded (like they did in New Leaf with modified items), but in the end I only have myself to blame. Sigh. Let's hope that it's not going to take the next 5 years to get that statue back.
