Do you know anything about The Phobos II Incident? ...I'd include a link but sadly all the websites that reference 'the incident' seem shoddy, and I wouldn't want to be associated with them.

So apparently the idea behind the 'Phobos II incident' is that the Phobos II Russian probe filmed a large cigar shaped object next to the Mars moon Phobos, and shortly after that was knocked into a spin and shut down. And the inference is that ... the cigar shaped object was an alien spaceship that didn't want the moon to be filmed. And this is based primarily on this image:
I don't buy it.
