Jamie (forget his username from the other place) has long said about what cunts they are, and there’s been lots of reports about sexist and homophobic behaviour from them, as well as other bad stuff.
Although if you listened to Jamie all the time, you’d never drink another craft beer again for fear of giving money to horrible cunts.

I liked it when Brewdog took a punk music event to court for copyright infingement.

I didn't like it, per se.

I liked it when Brewdog took a punk music event to court for copyright infingement. There was also the time they advertised for a marketing position, asked the applicants to give a marketing presentation, used their ideas and didn’t hire anyone.

I wonder if any other breweries, pub chains, or companies of a similar size to brewdog have ever had any former staff complain of a bad working environment.

If Brewdog's schtick wasn't all about putting a thumb in the eye of the establishment then maybe their terrible practices wouldn't seem so bad.
What was that other thing they had? Equity for Punks?
So grim.

I wonder if any other breweries, pub chains, or companies of a similar size to brewdog have ever had any former staff complain of a bad working environment. That's the "yes but..." defence. Yeah, it is. But... The complaint seems to be fairly vague, without any specific evidence to back it up. Every organisation that employs people will inevitably at some point face accusations of bullying etc. I don't remember ever having a job where there was a culture of it being ok to challenge the owners or CEO's. It was just accepted that they called the shots and everyone else had to suck it up for a salary. Was that a "culture of fear?". Maybe. I dunno. I also think because of their marketing being all "oohh look at us, we are anti corporate and breaking the rules", people fell for it and thought they were something other than a hard nosed capitalist sell-out company, driven by profit. When it turns out they are just ego driven dollar chasers, people get all upset like they have been personally been betrayed.

"oooh the boss was weally weally mean to me and told me I HAD to be in for 9am, I mean how can he even do THAT" *I made this up

Drinking: reasonably aggressive Work also aggressive. I have been at a client for much of the day.
It was hot last night. I drank all the booze to make up for Shenguin. By my reckoning. Judging by the empties, he drinks too much.

Personally I'm always a bit reluctant to buy craft beer in case it has been brewed by Reddread.
I am saying he is a CBW. He would put pine furniture polish in a drink and call it beer. No doubt.
Also he is a manc, worse a Man U fan and then there is that hair. I am very dubious about the hair.

I do not think the hair can be sanitary for brewing. Or any other purpose for that matter.

Would I drink a beer made by Reddread?
Well yes of course. I might let someone else try it first though. Just to see how much furniture polish it contains.

I always thought RedDread seemed ok on the Gamesblog, but then there is that picture of him in the Guardan craft beer article where he has his arms folded, looking brave, confrontational, truculent almost. I don't know why. It was quite a positive piece.

Godflesh t-shirt is a strong look. One of Birmingham's most significant cultural exports, right up there with Peaky Blinders, Simon Bates and Jasper Carrot .

The Chatterbox fantasy football league is looking pretty strong at the moment. Me, Faceless and Banyfark, all the lads.

I am also now on there.
I've used the team I'm using for another league.
DFC Gold Leopards Int*
* The 'Int' stands for 'International'
