If you're chewing a steak it's badly cooked. Ideally it should be so tender it 'falls off the bone'. So tender you can 'cut it with a spoon'. |

I personally like chewy food. I had some scallops last year on holiday and they were horribly tender. Apparently this is how people like them.

I once had a fresh raw oyster and was advised not to chew it. Sod that. haven't had something that big and slimy in my mouth since I gave up smoking Old Holborn rollys. Chased it around my teeth for ages til it went down, and went somewhat weak at the knees.
I enjoy meat in my diet, cooked, and if at all possible, dead.

These calls always come from a fake UK mobile phone number. I've had several of them. Some stood out because they were very specific in that my NI number had been used for nefarious purposes specifically in Wales. A big hint that Sheep2 and his Welsh ovine associates are behind all of this. I always have to stop myself from phoning them and asking whether they can tell me what my National Insurance number actually is. |
