Morning all, TW2Chat. Sharing the lower half of the continent you start on with other Lizards. Nowhere to expand though. Either start civil war or expand into areas which often don't have a near-suitable climate. Rome never had this sort of problem. Depends how unsuitable the climate. Orange you can make up the difference with faction and leader perks. Red is a bit trickier. But you can use them as stepping stones to suitable climates. Are you doing Mortal Empires or Vortex campaign? Just trying to remember where you start. Cheers, Mortal map. The lower right hand of the map seems an option. Going north on the left hand side ain't great.

Going right to the edge is a good option, then move up, you’ve got islands with dark elves, but their general is a nightmare, so make sure you’ve got plenty of reinforcing armies. Then further north than that you have skaven and greenskins.

It's the big day and I am getting extremely nervous about the outcome. Will Lazy's book be delivered or not? It should have been last night.
Curse you Bezos. Maybe he had it redirected to himself. Just because he can.

Morning four legged friends! Friday question - has there ever been a six legged mammal? I can see how four legs might be the optimal choice, but surely it took some experimentation to get there? Three legged horses? Six legged giraffes? Just throwing stuff out there and seeing what works. Dachunds would benefit from another pair in the middle.

I have a question ...
Why did the 'Iron Man' concept prove to be so popular between the years of 1963 and 1970?
There was Stan Lee's Iron Man, there was Ted Hughes's Iron Man, then there was Black Sabbath's (not 100 percent iron, and quite inconsistent) Iron Man. Was it iron nostalgia? Maybe a reaction to the new world of plastics?

Tomb Kings. They look like a fun faction to play as, was tempted. Total Warhammer is a bit odd, in that all the DLC races and lords are included in the game to play against, but you can’t play as them unless you buy the dlc.

That isn't odd. It is marketing.

Didn't Warhammer 'destroy' the fictional Warhammer universe once, to make sure everyone re-bought their miniatures again?
They can't help it. They can't resist. The Brewdog of strategic fantasy entertainments.

Mr Happy is actually happy. A deep personal contentedness
Mr Cheerful is cheerful but crying inside. One day he may well simply walk into the sea.

The Brewdog of strategic fantasy entertainments. GW “ended” Warhammer Fantasy Battle simply because it didn’t make enough money. If people wanted to play WFB, they had to spend a lot to build decent-sized regiments for their armies. Instead, they destroyed the world and rebooted it as “Age of Sigmar”, which is more of a skirmish game with less miniatures required. 40K brings in the big bucks though.

Morning, Looks like people had fun in London last night. I'll be watching the game in a pub with too few low quality small screens to really see it properly. Played 5s last night and it was good. Games: none
