Up early for a two hour meeting at 9am and someone cancelled it at 20 to 9. I am now moribund and very much want to go back to bed. However the workmen are coming again and now I’m not busy I’ve been designated to interact with them.

Morning, I definetly over-buttered my toast this morning, too excited after yesterdays big butterblog. For my birthday the other week my parents got me a Lavazza a modo mio, which is one of these new fangled coffee pod espresso things. As a staunch traditionalist who has always been happy with my stove top Bialetti moka express I wasnt impressed. But after a few weeks and discovering the Espresso passionale style pods I think I'm converted. Its very easy to use and I just discovered I can save 25% if I subscribe directly to Lavazza for my pods, which is a substantial saving per gram also. Hi Chumbles! Watched the first 2 thirds of the tomorrow war yesterday, the aliens are a bit shit, like lantern fish heads with sphinx cat body. the spike firing bullet tails are lame. and I'd have preferred a bit more of an origin story for them. My sainsbury delivery was missing several items this morning, definetly brexit related, how can a supermarket run out of farfalle pasta and have to replace it with rigatoni?? and no pre rolled short crust pastry. Broken Britain. |

My girlfriend / partner / 'pm' saw Jason Donovan at a local post office this morning. Apparently he was posting lots of tubes - the kind you might send a picture or photograph in. She assumed they were signed pictures for fans but actually it turns out that they may well have been from his website: www.jasondonovanart.com/I like these. I think they have a sort of William Blake quality. |
