Olympicblog: stayed up late (very late, too late) watching the mixed triathlon. TeamGB did ruddy brilliantly from start to finish. Gold! GOLD!!!
OTTM: today is my son’s party for his birthday on Tuesday. The house will be wodged to the gunwales with five year olds, ones who have been filled with sugar. I should not have stayed up so late…

Boy’s party went well. Six kids in total, and no disagreements. And the weather held too! My partner baked an amazing rainbow cake - she spent over five hours in the kitchen yesterday.

Another day waiting for Nursey... He's just gone - only had time to do the really bad leg. He has another 7 visits. Absolute shocker when the bandages came off. I'll spare you the description. Agonizing. Still heightened pain to nearly unbearable level. Mainly as a result o the 36h delay. Can't blame Nursey; Saturday cover for S Bucks should be 6 of them - just 2 of them because so many are self-isolating... fuck the cunt in Chequers. Gonna post an easy picture riddle, take morphine, try to slleep.
