Morning.
No games. With the child going to bed later now I can't get on the PS4 for long. Want to start a couple of things but time intensive. Should go back to BOTW.
Watched a couple of episodes of nine perfect strangers on prime. Quite entertaining.

Morning. Games: Thimbleweed Park, Mass Effect 2 LE, AC Vikings, Apex Legends. All the games. I want to get the Siege of Paris dlc for Valhalla. Telly: Good Girls on Netflix and way too many terrible ppv football matches. 4 stars and 4 stars, respectively. Ottm: is lazybones gone forever then? Not good. I used to get at least one lol a day from his musings, which is one more than I get from most things (sober at least). Sheep/sheggers: sympathies for the death in your family. Funerals are the worst. |

Thanks to video game culture / YouTubers the child has been going on about Ramen for ages. We had a wagamama chicken Ramen kit for lunch. Was pretty tasty. I did my fool proof (seared chicken breast then finish in the oven) chicken breasts. Made the kit.
The child of course didn't like it and had chicken, broccoli, carrot. I knew this would happen as soon as I added the dried seaweed to the broth.
Ottm. So the Taliban are actually going round killing folk in revenge despite claiming they wouldn't? Wow. I can't believe that's happening.

I always have the Blues live score on my mobile phone. Glanced at it at one point and was surprised that it was 0-2 for Birmingham less than half an hour into the game.
Thought that Luton would come back from this soon.
Did an emergency shopping with Jeff Fresh for tomorrow, as Ocado's earliest delivery slot would have been Monday evening and my milkman let me down this morning as he thinks that I'm still on holiday. Then did a proper Ocado shopping for Wednesday.
Looked at my phone again. The game had finished and Luton had lost 0-5 at home. Five. Nil.
Is this some kind of karmic apology to Sheep & Shenguin for having to suffer through a long, drawn-out funeral without booze yesterday?*
*I'm not suggesting that they should attend more Baptist funerals

Hello,
I am back from 'spoons. I had most of a bottle of Hardy's Pinot Grigio and a panino and chips. Whilst in the pub I spotted Joe Biden sitting alone at a table. I was about to harangue him over his stance on Afghanistan when his order of fish and chips and pint of Jaipur was delivered. so I didn't.
Next time though; next time.
OTTM Luton 0 - 5 Birmingham. WTAF.
