(the horror of the profane mounting of my head on Tricia Helfer's form is that from 1 to 9y my hair colour was silver blonde). How did it go? Well, my little sprigs of Satan, I got to the hospital at 7 this morning, got prepped, waited in a freezing cubicle in a surgical gown made for a midget... hearing lots of nurses muttering outside for 3h, during which the registrar and consultant discussed the operations (oh, didn't we tell you Mr Chumbles: we are operating on both legs)... more than a few heated epithets "ffs, 2 operations?" ... ended in the consultant drawing an arrow on my right leg pointing at my cock... hmm perhaps Chumbelina was a concept that had crossed their minds. Incidentally, after a certain age women know that men only retain their Tuffer's delight for sentimental reasons or to maintain the erroneous illusion that they can aim the wobbling whanger with any degree of accuracy. FFS half the time our poor womenfolk have to tug the ship into the dock. (I know Tuffers: tug THIS)I was then told 30m later that they had tried to find replacement kit for the operations, but they.had.to.postpone it... this is so unusual they said - not understanding why I dissolved into hysterical laughter. This is the 3rd time that my operations have been cancelled on the table, so to speak. I am utterly shattered. I'm going to sleep. |
