Inspired by pie-chat, I ate a massive pizza last night and zonked out on the bed. Thus, I have been awake since 4.30am. I'm at a loss for things to do. I think I'll stare out of the window for a bit.

Cold in this morning, autumn seems to have arrived promptly after this year's non summer.
No games, some cake making thing. Think the start to last year's was better than this skit.

Tuffers. Another shell pie tip is when heating in oven do it in a tray with a grill pan. After about 10 mins skewer the bottom of the pie and put back in. A load of fat will drip out into the tray making it almost as healthy as muesli. Morning. In the office. A lot more people on my first train this morning. A lot of folk in Pret as well. Including some halfwit with a bike. Waiting on Virgin to come upgrade our public WiFi to 350Mb. Those torrents ebooks will really fly!

Games: started Jedi FO. 4 stars.
Telly: Suspicion, the old Hitchcock film, on iplayer. Plot summary: is Cary Grant behaving like an arsehole to his wife because he wants to murder her, or just because he's rogueish old Cary Grant and she should just get over it already and lol along with the audience? Spoiler alert: it doesn't really matter and she needs to get over it either way cos it's 1941! Oscars all round, 4 stars.
Ottm: pref mamm has the covid, so I am sleeping in the Jag.
