Morning, I ran a half marathon this morning. Much of it was uphill. Pro tip for those who want to be in optimal shape for a long run: make sure you fill your face with spicy chicken wings and garlic bread the night before. Heartburn is a great motivator. No games Well done faceless: a serious distance. Was it an organised race? Did you PB? Have you had any blood transfusions recently, or injected your eyeballs with Quorn? 'eye' balls? That might explain it. I'd better let my mate Nicki Minaj's cousin know I made a mistake. |

I've had a bit of a tussle with a Crane fly outside the front door. I'm not going to lie, words were said, fists were flying - but it disappeared. A body was not found. The git's been trying to get in for 3 days.
It's under my pillow, isn't it?
