Morning all.
A damp and grey day here in the south of England. But not the driving rain that means that I, amipal, must take the boy to school. Nice.
TVblog: some sort of British extreme cakes thing on Netflix. And then The Orville, with another one of Macfarlan’s Hollywood pals.
Amigablog: fun and games continue with Mac emulation.

Wet here. This morning the child complained I hadn't put a "treat" in her packed lunch. I explained she was going to Granny's for dinner and there would be plenty treats. She then fished a Milka with daim bits wrapper out the bin as exhibit a. Games. Decided to do the Autoshop missions on GTA with my pal whilst we chatted. In a public room. We fucked it up and I died at the hands of a jet. The jet lad then proceeded to spawn kill me 18 times. Couldn't quit the mission and therefore couldn't quit the Motorcycle Club so couldn't go passive. Didn't have any homing missiles as I hadn't stocked up. Online gaming. Marvellous. amipal I've got a Sony ZV-1 to set up today. My work was given some gear for vlogging including two of those. We also were given an Atem mini. |

amipal I've got a Sony ZV-1 to set up today. My work was given some gear for vlogging including two of those. We also were given an Atem mini. The ZV-1 has been getting some very positive reviews, should produce some good-looking video. As for the Atem Mini, wow, once you go Blackmagic you know you’ve hit the big leagues! |

If I wanted to win lots of votes for whatever political argument I might have, I'd simply ask Owen Jones to go on TV and argue the case for the exact opposite of my stance.
It's not that I disagree with his politics, it's just, and it's probably just me, but when he says/lectures on a particular point, I automatically want to do the opposite, even though before he spoke I maybe have had the same view.
Does anyone want me to show them on the doll where Owen Jones touched me?

Actually, thinking about it a bit more, it's not just Owen, it seems to be more and more people too.
The only person on TV who feels like they are talking for me, about subjects I'm passionate about, is Philip Schofield, the man is an inspiration.
