Afternoon, getting cooler out.
Have been told we are confined to house 7-5 for the next two days as the redo the road surface, well can just not use the car and who wants to walk anywhere?
More far crying for a little bit, different to the others but usual ubisoft fare.
WFH; watching the big machine just put more asphalt over the current lot, it's a new technology apparently.

I remember finding a flat piece of ground in Far Cry 4 measuring 100m and then timing a sprint.

I remember finding a flat piece of ground in Far Cry 4 measuring 100m and then timing a sprint. A simpler time. Now you could time that in different outfits to optimise sprint speed, a spreadsheet might be needed. Or too nerdy? |

Games
Started and almost finished Titan Fall 2 Campaign last night, I say last night but it was more like 5 am, very addictive.
Titan Fall 1 is a multi player shoot 'em up, no story mode.
Plus some Battlefield BC2, I haven't started that Beta yet, Bad Kane

I watched 'Kelly Monteith's Orangutan Airshow' last night oh TVGH2. Well worth a watch. The only one I remember from my TVGH book is 'Fun Goose or War', in which a group of celebrities in an army cargo plane flying over a civil war are tasked with drawing an amusing goose on the blade of a garden shovel. The drawer of the least amusing goose has to jump out and parachute into the warzone below. |

Only 35g in my sweet can. It was a guesstimate. And realised I was 1g out when I read my can in the fridge. Just made banana & peanut butter flapjacks with the child. They're in the oven. May also contain sultanas, walnuts and apricots. |

Remember me telling you ten days ago that getting antibiotics will probably take 10-14 days with the ridiculous system where permission has to be sought from Nursey, the Senior Nurse AND the Doctor? Well... Microbiology didn't process the swab because ulcers always have infections, so that they will now only process the swab if it's accompanied by a statement that there's evidence of the infection in the surrounding area. And Microbiology apparently told neither my Doctors Surgery nor the District Nurses of this. Which means that this agony is going to be extended .. I get the impression they just want us to die. |
