Last night I finished watching a Mad Max. Great film. Pretty much one non-stop 2 hour action sequence, and yet still engrossing. Like 300 only not shit. Even Tom Hardy didn't manage to ruin it. I'm sure it's probably old news in the nerd-sphere, but I read that Netflix are doing an adaptation of The Witcher. Some odd rumours on who will be cast as Geralt Tom Hardy? |

Hardy, Idris Elba, Cumberbatch or someone from game of thrones, as apparently these are the only actors currently operating. |

Morning all, Last night I finished up the latest podcast and played some more Sleeping Dogs. Slowly getting used to the controls, yesterday I cottoned on to the new Ni No Kuni game being released soon. Darn, it looks good. Probably wait a couple of years for the inevitable patches. There are a few photoshop images of Mads as Geralt. Also Eva Green as Yennifer. She can do the slightly stuck up thing well ( casino Royale). |

Remembering Raid over Moscow has reminded me how much I was into planes when I was a kid. Had a book called In the Cockpit which went through planes from first days of flight to the Harrier and Blackbird (the book was my brothers and was made in the 80s).
So I got google and found my way to how pilots get their callsigns. Interesting read.

Very little time for gaming last night, I barely managed to put my Skyrim loot away/sell it, made more complex by my mistake of selecting the "take all" command when I was rummaging through my holdall chest. Sigh. I gave Lydia some nice kit and was overjoyed when she finally left my bedroom and went to her own room. I quickly shut my bedroom door...
... and came back home to find her again in my boudoir, sitting at the table and noisily eating my snacks.
That was all the excitement I had.

I also watched some Ni No Kuni 2 gameplay, but it didn't really sell it to me.
Geralt can only be played by the one and only Sean Bean! It'll save Netflix a lot of money when Geralt dies halfway through the series.

Small four thirds sensor, relatively bulky heavy camera, limited lens range available, but packed with new electronic features you'll barely use. Probably vital firmware updates within a month. Over-priced, and an unforgiveable insistence upon capital letters. It's basically the worst of all worlds. Terrible choice. I've never felt limited by the sensor size, having been with m43 since the start. And it has advanced in leaps and bounds since then. Admittedly, it is somewhat chunky despite this - actually makes my GH4 look small. I'm giving it a try over the next month with the option to return if I don't get on with it. Completely disagree about lens selection. Wherever you ripped this from hasn't a clue. Fully agree on price though. They saw me coming. |

Nice work on the Troy themed podcasts. I'm enjoying them. The segway music volume has crept up again by the way, it fair catches me out when the music is much louder than the voice.
