No games last night, a little in the morning and then out to see family. It seems people who shop in John Lewis are much more likely to be wearing masks than those shopping in town.

Shakespeare carefully forgot that a sizeable proportion of the English army had already died in the long meandering march from Harfleur to the Battle. Of what was left, a large part were suffering from dysentry. Henry V was forced into battle because the much larger French army had been shadowing the English army blocking their route to Calais. It was the king's last desperate throw of the dice. |

It’s big drink Monday!
Looking forward to the weekend.
Had a top time on monster Hunter this weekend. Did I mention I’ve got the OLDE switch? I’ve got the OLDE switch. Monster Hunter looks tremendous and the screen is considerably bigger. Picture me as the lad from a video game advert having his zoinks blasted off by the images from their games console.
In other news, I’ve just had an email from Brett, my suitor in Riders Republic. He’s coming on a bit strong tbh.

Ended up working until gone midnight, sorting out other people's fuck ups, laziness and flakiness.
So those games, eh? Played two solo games of Fortnite. Won one of them.

I am glad to report the 'rona stricken part of the family is collectively feeling better/in parts past their quarantine. There was a discussion whether my younger granddaughter should be getting tested so that she could go to school on Friday. Whilst she had tested negative before she had developed a runny nose in the meantime. I thought this to be fairly mad since it's the beginning of half term now anyway so she would have had to endure an invasive test just to be able to go to school for a day. Fortunately her folks came eventually to the same conclusion, although according to her teacher the whole class currently consists of coughing snotty nosed 4 year olds. They live in the Southwest of England where case numbers are again through the roof and which in not unrelated news has been failed by that private testing lab, although the fact that the lab was situated in Wolverhampton should have been a pretty big warning sign.
Ganes: Staple Sunday stream of Trails in the Sky SC where things got predictably steamy when we were hunting for a peeping Tom in a hot springs resort. In this episode we learnt that luter shooter character Olivier plays the lute whilst sitting in the bathtub which is probably tmi and not good for the lute.
I had to interrupt my playthrough of the dreaded Meteoroids for the stream which resulted in losing progress. If I have one criticism of the game so far it's that one can't just easily nip to a save station should the need arise, although the checkpoints are really very generous and not much time is lost replaying any section. Kicked another E.M.M.I. in the face before it could drill into mine and then eliminated it completely by blasting its stupid face off. This will never get old. Though I'm still sh*t at the game and won't be gitting gud any time soon. What's the opposite of a speed runner? A slow poker? That's me.
