I am WFH. I had a bit of dressing down from a bigwig is all. Also our global monolith is being split into pieces again and I just found out which piece I am likely to end up with, so it's nice to know I have a job when the dust settles. Swindon? |

Not many unseasonal ice cream vans in these parts. Maybe it is because PC Plod got wise to Mr Whippy.
Played a bit more The Last Metroid, still very slow progress but progress nonetheless. All I can think is 'please don't make me go back to the Emmital zone, please, please'. But in reality it's not so bad. Btw, apparently they've just released a Halloween demo for Dread.
I didn't get further in Dread because I was watching the Sony State of Play followed by the last BOTW stream that ended with the credits rolling. Although it was fun I'm glad that it's done now because I need more sleep and more time to play my own games.
OTTM: Instead of milk the milkman left a card with an apology. Looks as if there's again supply trouble. Brexit now.

Oh, forgot to talk about the Sony SoP. That's because it was fairly forgettable. The pacing was better but still nothing is selling me a PS5. Death's Door is heading to consoles, looks nice and has been described as Zelda-like which always gets my attention. The same goes for Little Devil Inside.
Speaking of new games, unless it's getting completely panned in the reviews the demo pretty much sold me on the new Yoko Taro game Voice of Cards: The Isle Dragon Roars (unwieldy title, that) that is out today. But for now I want to find my way back to the surface of Planet ZDR and shoot everything that stands in my way in the cake hole.

Balls... I haven't eaten yet, but 20m ago I was getting stuff ready (inc. restocking the fridge with 0% Bundaberg) when I dropped a can and it split and spilt over the work surfaces and the other cans. Now I've got another half hour to set all to rights ... I'm soooo tired, which is probably why I fucked up... And speaking of misreading things, I was very tired last night when I saw an ad for the Huawei MateBook. Only my eyes were so unfocused that I misread it as "Human MateBlock" and I was wondering for a moment whether they were selling some kind of advanced Companion Cube. Now that I think about it I should probably register the name and patent the concept. |

These are all Scooter boy, up to now she has only released "Fearless", "Red" is coming out on the 12th November* a week earlier than planned because "30" comes out on the 19th. *as I have already warned Crank about. |
