Water
Still flowing down the main road pretty well. Not as much as this morning when it was a raging torrent. This is the third week that the water main has been broken.
Hermes
Were supposed to deliver a parcel on Thursday.
Tried to deliver on Sat, failed.
Tried to deliver today, failed.
No one else has this difficulty. If they buzz in to the flats you can leave parcels outside the doors in the hallway. It's pretty safe (I've never had one nicked), covid safe and is convenient as I don't need to be in.
Now I have to arrange to be in to collect a parcel worth less than £10. If it was something expensive I wouldn't mind, but it is a couple of 2nd hand CDs.

Went to see Dune yesterday, I liked it.
I'm not sure if I really really liked it or just so relieved it wasnt supershit that its instantly elevated to being good.
But I liked it.

Hello
Today i went clothes and wine shopping, followed by a visit to the local 'spoons.
I bought; 2 pairs of denim jeans, 5 pairs of socks and 5 pairs of boxers from M&S.
Then I bought a bottle of Shiraz and a bottle of Pinot Grigio from Tesco.
Then I rewarded myself with 2 large glasses (250ml) of Coldwater Creek Merlot at £2.30 each at my local 'spoons. A bargain.

The parents WhatsApp chat has properly kicked off already. Arguments as to whether or not all kids in the class need to get PCR tested, or should they all be kept off school. Lots of folk upset at the school for not providing enough information.
