Jura Red Wine finish No! This is very disappointing. The blurb says soft and fruity. I say insipid with a hint of something odd. It wasn't expensive and there is no age statement, but it is not good. I will probably end up using it to make whisky sauce
I usually really like Jura whisky as well. It is like Highland Park.
Four stars. Recommended, I will not like and subscribe for more.
I started watching the first episode of Wheel of Prime. I'm reading the books at the moment, and the tv show didn't really look like how I picture it. I'm not saying Jeff has got it all wrong, but Jeff has got it all wrong.
I won a game of Scrabble in the pub, and lost a game of Chess in devastating fashion at a mate's house. Apparently, having barely played for twenty years, I am not good enough at Chess to just play on instinct with virtually no planning whilst slightly tipsy.
Also I bought a cheap Micro-SD card that was to be delivered yesterday. It was out for delivery on Sunday by 4.15. It is now showing as might be delivered today or tomorrow. Jeff needs to be better than this. I don't mind a delay in delivery, but I do not want to be teased about deliveries.

I have got a bottle of Ledaig Rioja cask finish for a friend for Xmas after I saw it was recommended as one of 2021's better whiskies and was pretty affordable. I have also got a bottle of Bullitt Bourbon for myself so I can feel like a cowboy, when drunk neat it seems like a decent bourbon.

Whilst they clearly spent some money on this is still seems badly produced, poorly acted and with really shit special effects. The worst element being the black mist which seems integral for the story but is of the same quality of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Black mist/goo is difficult to pull off, but Venom and the new Alien films did it well and the Lord of the Rings and Hobbit films did that kind of thing very well.

Games - found some time for Runeterra (the card game not the rpg) - it’s top banana. Highly recommended. Also been trying to get into Legion TD 2, which is tremendously rich and more than a little bananas.
Games wise, I’ve been playing battle if Ed 205939 at the weekend. It’s a mess but fairly good fun. You can drive hovercraft up skyscrapers in a fit of relaisitix war simulation.

Waiting back on my PCR results now, I suspect the bastard will come back negative just to spite me. It’s nearly impossible not to sneeze while sticking it up your nose but I’ve not found any explanation of whether this is a good or bad thing. No doubt part of the 5G lobby consipriaxt to spread the bill gates microchips in the tap water.
