It's been obvious for decades that all the psychoactive substances should be legal.
Apart from anything else they should be regulated so that buyers actually know what they are taking.
If you sell regulated measured clean doses they will be much safer.
Also you can tax them. And it would make joining gangs much less attractive.
Obviously you need to control sales to an extent to minimize addiction issues and to discourage sales to children.
Maybe use some of the tax receipts to fund addiction clinics properly.

I was at the bar in the Saracen's Head, trying to do the Times crossword before our Bridge session was due to start. I was a bit distracted ... It is legal, my local pharmacist sells it at a starting price of £27 for (I think) 200ml, they also had a bigger one there for £70+.
