I thought of a new way to kill the neighbours last night, it's a real doozy. Do not get the idea I stay up half the night practicing strangling techniques or other, more murderous, things. OTTM: Just come back from the Co-op, bought some scotch eggey-weggies and stuff. Bleach, black bags, cleaning cloths, a big knife, some string? That sort of stuff |

So JockyItch is likely to be bounced out of Oz. I've found it pathetic how his family have been saying what a wonderful guy he is... signs autographs, pats kids on the head, all without a mask on. Doing his bit for 'herd immunity'. In particular how NoVax JockyItch is going to "help young players from now on". Like fuck he is. Just get vaccinated, you tool. Blessed are the meek. Hello all. I’m not happy. Not one jot. Took the boy to his mini athletics session this morning, and his behaviour was deplorable. Ignoring the coach, shouting when others were talking, he even tried to draw on the wall with a marker pen at one point. I dragged him out of there. He’s not going back until he gets his act together. TVblog: a Monty Don Venetian Gardens thing. All very pretty. And another The Peter Serafinowicz Show episode. Neighbourblog: I’m also unhappy with my inability to raise the New Years noise issue with them. I went over earlier to have a word, for no one to answer. Saw them outside on our return from athletics at lunchtime, and managed to tell them about the upcoming building works. But annoyed with myself for the former. The longer it goes on, the more ludicrous it is. I’m going to have to wait for another noisy party aren’t I? You’re a good man. You’ve taken the way of Peace. |

If you haven't had any further disturbances I'd be tempted to leave it till the next time now. Maybe the problem will resolve itself.
I had my first ever conversation with my across-the-road neighbour last Thursday, when we met out of context. I said I knew who she was since we lived directly across from each other. When she asked when we moved in, I told her 15 years ago, and she looked quite shocked. That's how unmemorable an individual I am.

Speaking of neighbours, my 'bad' neighbour continues (in spite of paving over their front lawn to provide 3 parking spaces) to treat the space I deliberately left outside the front of my house for visitors as long term parking for their son... The day is coming when I get the kerb dropped and the front fence removed. Between them and the Peninsula Parkers the Close at this end becomes a parking challenge... Morning
Just back from what is now becoming my weekly Saturday afternoon saunter round sainsburys. I've worked out if I leave home about 1.30pm then it's dead in there and I get free run of the aisles and can browse and take my time. No queuing at the til either. It's probably the highlight of my week. Sigh. It was even quieter this week. Maybe I'm the reason for that. Amongst other things, got some mince (oooh mince) to make cottage pie tomorrow and a selection of items from the Chinese ready meal section for the clan for tonight. And lots of boozes. On the way home I stopped at Homebase to buy some decorators mate as tomorrow I'm planning on doing some manly man stuff in the loft. No games. End message.
Tldr, I'm old and boring.

amipalSounds like you need the child to go round and sort it next time. I jest but as rolling said - you'll need to wait till the next time now. It's when the parents go out and leave the youth(s)? If that's the case - get the parents mobile number after the next time so you can phone them as it's happening. Couple of those calls at 2am might stop it. Making chicken/chorizo/chickpea stew.
