PUBG is still great. Hopefully with more people playing the matchmaking will be better, and you won't have the Level 500 monsters ruining everyone else's fun.

I tried PUBG a few times. The main problem I had is that it was very hard to figure out which gun was which, and what the different ammos were. Much easier in Fortnite and Apex as they are more garish.

I had/have it on PlayStation from ps+ ages ago. Yet to shove on the 5 though. On pc? Doubtful, the old reflexes arent what they used to be. But never say never. I know you said before the aim assist is pish on console and I suppose there will probably be an influx of noobs. So I've probably just talked myself into it. Damn you fark.
I had thought last night about downloading fortnite on the playstation.
Mini eggs & cappuccino. The 11am snack of the eSport champion.

I tried to play PUBG a while back, but after downloading, when I tried to play a game it crashed, several times, so I deleted it. Great story.
Lunch quandry. I'm having soup. From a tin. But can't decide. Baxters Oxtail or Heinz Beef Broth. All the beef.
OTTM, my 11am call has been cancelled so I am going to try and fix the bathroom cabinet. We'll it's the door more than the cabinet.

One thing I'm not keen on in Fortnite at the moment is the Spiderman gloves. You're minding your own business and then you hear them - someone swinging round, playing the fool.

My first Wordle whilst sitting in an airport. I felt very self-conscious. What if someone was peeking at my screen and saw a poor performance?
I'm going to play Animal Crossing during the flight, at least no-one is going to judge me for that, right? Right?

Theres a game review for 'Exo One' in Guardian. Looks like it could be the sort of game I can get into for 3 or 4 nights and safely bin without feeling like a serial non-committing gaming imposter. Mammifere Prefere made Leek and SalmonTarte for dinner last night, it was amazing and leftovers are going to be the highlight of todays lunch, I need some peripheral bits and pieces to make it a meal, not sure what yet though. On Steam there is a free 'Prologue' download, to get the feel of the thing. I'm tempted by the full game... even more so if it gets down to a Tenner or so. Don't like the keyboard controls so may have another go and see if they can map to a controller instead, otherwise it's RSI-ville USA. Nice and trippy, and flows along at a good pace once you get to grips with the gravity mechanics. The prologue is only the first planet, so can't comment on what it's like to get off-world. |

Fractal Lunch - reheated leftover beef and veg pie, which i made from the leftovers of last weekends Sunday roast.
Yes I do still have some original leftover beef from Sunday, which is probably heading in the direction of the muttleys as i'm a bit beefed out this week now.
