Sorry, Chumbles , before Christmas my roughly 24 year old Panasonic microwave blew a thermal fuse due to my stupidity. It was an heirloom from the outlaws and it's built like a tank. I just calculated the volume and it turns out that it's a whopping 31 litres. I feel really bad about getting rid of it since I know what the fault is, but repairing it would be as expensive as replacing it. So I've been procrastinating but now that I'm back home I'm looking for a replacement.

It's been almost 3 years, so I hope she's figured out in the meantime that one can heat "800 micro food" at 1000w, only slightly faster. I also hope there's help for the 100 people who regard this review as helpful.

"I Have had to replace my microwave after some 19 years devastated. I ordered this one as it seemed similar to my old one. Arrived on time and husband unpacked it and threw away the box, if I still had the box I would have send it back.
I have just gone to use the microwave part to cook something at 800 and low and behold I can’t, he microwave power 1000 high,600 medium, 440 low, or 100 warm, not any use to me as most of my micro foods is 800. My old microwave went from 1000 down to 100 in increments of 100. Am so unhappy"
