Happy birthday to Lazybones! I've been on a jaunt to the capital, where I went full fat bap in Dishoom. I am now more gunpowder potato than man. I think I could make those at home. Not tonight or tomorrow,but soon. A good curried potato is superb. Approaching the goodness of curried egg. I have potatoes, chillies, limes and spices. What could go wrong? |

Ooh those dishoom spuds do look good, and I have most ingredients. Not sure about the kebab masala, but could improvise with Garam plus some iffits.

Thank you all for your kind birthday wishes.
We are now in a kind of refurbished hayloft, adjoining a farmhouse, beside what seems to be a desolate sub-arctic moor.
