What are people having for lunch? I will probably have a burrito. I mean there's a 95 percent chance. I had some chicken (which had been marinated in soy, honey, mirin) leftover from a stirfry we had the other night. Chopped that and some pickled peppers up, stirred in some mayonnaise, and popped it in a sandwich. It was alright. 4* |

Ottm. I am doing an Amipal. Don't have an electric vehicle, but I'm Charging my power banks at work. With the cost of electricity, you’d be silly not to. I may head into the office on Friday, just for a charge. I’ll be checking my app through the day - “is the car full yet?” Then BAM off home. |

sandybahookie I cooked some potato waffles in the toaster the other day. I hadn't known you could do this. A game changer. Having said that I'm not always sure what to have with them. I considered them for breakfast with HP Fruity Sauce this week but it didn't seem right. I havent found a sauce I dont like on Potato Waffles.
...'Conventional' sauce that is, I imagine fish sauce or the likes wouldnt be ideal.

Fucking off the meal deal in favour of a coffee/sandwich from new coffee place. lazybones I thought of you this morning as I passed through Port Glasgow station. It was wet and cold out. The new sculpture was almost visible The library is in that building with the clock tower behind them. That is a mighty sculpture. I imagine them creaking into life if anyone from outside the town comes in to try and shoplift. |

That Quordle was a struggle.
Goat cheese focaccia (part of some long forgotten meal deal) and mini(I refuse to call them "baby") plum tomatoes for lunch. Tasty, probably far too many calories.

Cant wait to go back home and play Elden Ring later! I feel repumped after a slow start.
Mammifere Preferre has a friend visiting from France staying at her house so I have another evening of not tidying anything in my house up and playing games.
Although I did find that after my games last night my eyes were all glassy and red and bit uncomfortable, like I'd maybe forgotten to blink for 2 or 3 hours.
Anyone else had that?

I am waiting for a PS5 before Elden Ring-sting. I will not be off to Ukraine, although on a work briefing yesterday our chief exec told all staff that before they complain about work pressure and how it's impacting their lives, we should think about the people of Ukraine, and carry on working. You should let him know that he is doing a great job as a stand-in for Putin and you'll be preparing the Molotov cocktails... |
