Hello all.
The boy has chickenpox. Last night was not a good night for sleep. [yawn]
TVblog: a rather sweet episode of Schitts Creek.
Warhermitblog: my first actual game of Warhammer 40k 2nd edition in over twenty years! I allied my small Ultramarines element with a larger Blood Angels force to battle the greenskin horde. We lost by a point, but it was damn good fun. And both armies were fully painted! Was but a crazed dream for when we played as teenagers with unpainted or only-primed miniatures.

Looks like there's a problem with GoG Galaxy - the latest update returns a message on start up "Game Database failed to launch"... Going to try to sort this out in the morning, but the GoG Forum has a lot of pissed off users, so hopefully they are working on a means to recover ... ... I'm going to wait for a day or two to see if they fix it, but you might want to try this, if you're affected "I just wanted to let you guys know that even without a fix you can still play the games you already have installed by making a shortcut of the exe like for example let's say you own Morrowind, you go into the folder and find the Morrowind.exe file and from there you can either create a shortcut or launch it by clicking the exe itself which just bypasses Galaxy and goes straight into the game. I honestly recommend doing this for every game regardless of the fix BC it's quicker and doesn't force you to launch Galaxy every time you play a game. I could be wrong but from my experience the games still worked like that. I hope this helps some of you who just wanted to play the games you already have installed." - TylerJordan360Well... that works, but the game runs entirely locally so save files are local, unsynched. Which also means for Age of Blunders 3, the Triumph server connection is kaput... (it's Paradox now)... ghods know how long this buggy muddle will take to sort out.

As my previous answer was a bit vague, here's my answer on the fish dinner. Yes I had a fish dinner. Yes I had enough to bring home some for today. Yes I will be munching down on that with gusto as my friend is a most excellent cook. Num Num Num Num etc.

It would have been preferable to use the adjectival form, not the noun form, of artisan in that sentence. Who's the loser now, eh? Sheeps, can I borrow some lunch money please (it's so embarrassing when I have to tell the bullies I don't have any) and enough money for an artisanal coffee please?

I thought Tebay was a Yorkshire based commercial website that allows users to list items for sale, which other users can then bid on in auctions?
Hi
I had 8 fish fingers for lunch. 4 in a sandwich (with butter, salt and vinegar) and 4 that I dipped in tomato ketchup and ate with my bare hands, like a tough guy.
No games.
No OTTM.

Coffee and a (steak) sandwich cost Ā£16 each for 3 of us. There may have been cheaper cafes. I don't think there were dearer ones. It was also full of wankers with Apple laptops just sitting in corners working and drinking skinny decaff mochas*. What I am saying is I am not paying that sort of money for you to have a coffee. I will buy you one at Cardiff on Saturday. I know you won't be there, which is unfortunate, so I will have to drink it. * might have been dinking more normal coffee. I do not know. I made bad assumptions about them.

"Compounds General attributive, as artisan bread, artisan class, etc. 1873 M. Not my words, Carol, the words of Top Gear Magazine.
Please don't hurt me.

Will be interesting to see how the RSC do this. Question is, do I need to pretend taking the grandchildren to see it?
