Wfh/back to the office chat.
The PMs company have just reversed their enforced '50% in the office' rule.
Apparently this was due to 'the well being of their much valued staff' and definitely nothing whatsoever to do with the fact they've got loads of unfilled vacancies due to staff moving to other jobs offering full time wfh since they brought it in.
Its a tough one, I first started full time wfh in 2016, but also had time working away, so only coming home at weekends. There's no way I'd go back to an office now full time. Although if I were in my 20s I would, the social life etc made work great at that age.

Vic #88 was a 2 day blitz; a move every 15m with conflict guaranteed, because homestars were only 6 hours apart! This wasn't an anonymous game, so my record was exposed to the other players - normally I get dog-piled, but I hoped that my rarely sleeping longer than an hour would give me a chance. It did, but I am shattered... |
