Morning all!
I made it through the night! [fist pump] And have actually changed out of my pyjamas and dressing gown as well. On the up.
No TV, no games. The last episode of s2 of Picard is out, but, in case I did expire overnight, I didnβt want that to be the last thing I watched.
I mean, it could have been the thing that finished me off.
I did at least make a bit more progress with The Honourable Schoolboy (John le CarrΓ©). And I may actually finish this weekβs New Scientist before the next one is out.

Shortly off to the supermarket to go wild in the aisles. The younglings have requested Sushi from the fresh deli counter. Foreign muck. Is sushi the new avocado? I've failed them. And Britain. Oh well, more bacon for me.
Disclaimer: I've never tried sushi.
Later, if the sun dries out the lawn I'll be doing some mowing.
It's all go.
Edit: I meant 'real' sushi. I've tried the packets of stuff you can buy in say Tesco, which is just a bit of cooked tuna or prawn and some rice.

Good afternoon! Still enjoying the elections fallout. My first, fourth and fifth choices all got in so I feel like a total winner. I have celebrated by buying the new Tears for Fears album to feed my hunger for cutting edge sounds. It's actually quite good.
