I don't think I've ever seen an 'ah' so full with cold, hard realisation that Bloggie is the best at games before. I was supposed to sort out things in Morthal, but then, probably driven by a yearning for the fleshpots of Solitude, I found myself walking, keeping on walking, walking a bit more, getting used to walking and then walking a bit further (a bit like Baby in the South Downs) until I reached the big city. Here they immediately criticised my dress sense, and my already full quest log is filling up even more. Back to real life. I can't quite put my finger on it, but something has prompted me to write 'bananas' on my shopping list. Ahhh Solitude, the person who makes the comments gives you an easy quest. Solitude has some good quests thinking about it, the Wolf Queen one is good and the Shield of Solitude is very handy. Might not look much but it has a reduction in the effect of magic. Apparently fire/frost/shock from a dragon falls within this category so it can make those encounters, plus ones with the mages a bit easier. If you end up getting Spellbreaker you can have full resistance against magic. With the Shield of Solitude have a couple rings enchanted against each magic type and you can find yourself with a good defence against mages (you have Breton bonus as well).

*Hangs head in shame*Oh, is that why? I always thought it was because I left it in the oven for too long. Lunch: ham sandwich.

Who's enjoying the commonwealth games? I stayed up too late last night to watch the lawn bowls.

I can either know what I’m having for lunch or where I’m having it, never both.

I had a mighty breakfast the other day - the German Power Breakfast at the German Gymnasium outside St Pancras. Cobblers - it even had Sauerkraut.

I had a cheese sandwich at lunch as well, but pushed it to another level with the judicious application of salad cream. Hell of a thing.
I then went for a walk on the undercliff, and stared out to sea. I did not sight any French flags.

What's going on at the other place? Keef's PlayStation 5 piece and his report on the Games Bafta are not being posted in the Games section? I almost missed the God of War review a few days ago because I hadn't scrolled down to Reviews.

Sausage and bacon sandwich with red sauce for lunch, double meat, that's what a week of porridge for breakfast does to you.

Pret Avocado bagette for lunch. I didn't eat it upside down because I'm not a delicate flower like you lot and can eat soft wheat products without devising coping strategies.

Just met my old boss for a few pints and he weirdly ended the night by pushing for him coming in and giving a presentation about Fiduciary Management to my team. I will now have to avoid him going forward. Quite awkward.

Salad cream? You’ve gone badly wronger. I never said it was good. Just had a mad hour where a strange confused cat got stuck in it garden. Couldn't find its way out. Long story short, it belonged to our neighbour's sisters and they're looking after it for a fortnight. So we've finally met our neighbor after three years living next door.
