What a day.
Started with having to do a ten minute presentation to management this morning. Normally I’m really cool, but I got really nervous and sped through much too quickly.
I did get some good feedback, especially my Doctor Who joke.
Then the fire alarm went off just as I finished, so had to wait ages for my colleagues presentation to start.
The afternoon was spent taking George, my cat to the vets.
He has a nasty bite on his neck that hasn’t really healed, we thought he may need surgery today but the vet would like to give him another few days to see if it recovers naturally.
Then they’ll charge £400.
Grrr.
