There is no reason why you (that's a generic you, not Oz) shouldn't divert some of your valuable time to creating a header in order to help Admin out. I'm constantly astonished at the quality of his and Destry 's work and creativity after years of voluntary service to us. All you need is a little time, a willingness to learn a few free tools and an idea. But you also need one thing that is really difficult for all of us: humility. Our leader is also editor-in-chief and has a responsibility to maintain a minimal standard. We need to accept his judgment without sulking and scuttling off in high dudgeon*. He might ask you to (ooh!) actually amend or improve something and at times our idea or inspiration may be so piss poor that if needs both the big red pencil AND the WPB. He tries to do this with grace, but we have to bury our ego (revolutionary idea) when we give him the fruits of our labour. If it gets knocked back, get on with it, try a different approach and resubmit or try something different. It's NOT his role to refine and polish your turds! *I've often thought that "High Dudgeon" must be a very unpleasant place to live - I visit occasionally and leave as soon as I can. Why not give it a go? |

So this morning lying in bed i got a notification that someone had liked a tweet of mine. I tapped their account as I didn't know them. Wish I hadn't.
The first post was a drawing - a decent drawing tbf - of characters from Encanto. Fair do's.
The hashtag madrigalcest was used and apparently there are a bunch of folk drawing/writing about incest using the family madrigal from Encanto. Wtaf. Rule 34 and all that, but Jesus Christ.
I must have missed a meeting.
