Did anyone here actually watch the new Matrix film? I watched Matrix 2 & 3 Twice bitten third time shy. The PS5 demo for The Matrix is awesome though. Really shiny. When TenthEnemy inherits Rolling's PS5 she will be amazed at the graphics on it. |

I have ordered the new Suede album. This is pretty good stuff. I am hoping to get tickets for one or both nights they are playing Camden in October. Just listened to the new single - pretty good. Brett has not been idle at the cement mixer. |

Games: more pottering about in AC:NH and XC. Xenoblade really should have the alternative title "Pottering About: The Game" (or maybe just "The Pottering About" followed by "The Pottering About 2: Potter About Harder"?). I can't explain why this is so much fun that I think about it day and night but it is.
I started doing more trades with people and that way obtained an elusive item to complete the Eryth Sea Collectopaedia. I've also been constantly swapping equipment as I'm getting items with better stats through trade. And so far I've hardly touched the challenge mode. I've got 140 hours in the game so far, any bets when I'm going to pass the 200 mark?
(I see that the blue bear has come out from behind the tree)

Apart from those with professional expertise in toilet cleaning I'm probably the person here who has seen more of the inside of ladies' loos than others. I would like to point out that I've gone about my business in cubicles whose walls were covered in rape alarms and that those had not been installed because the occasional trans woman needed a pee. (It's bloody terrifying not only because of the scenario it paints but also because you constantly worry about setting them off inadvertently.)
On Twitter where I once referred to myself as a cis woman I was told that "cis" is a made up word. I told them that this is why they failed their Latin exam. I never heard back so I'm assuming that it touched a nerve.
Maybe trans issues are a rich vein of comedy but it seems to me that so far these Netflix specials are not even mining within the same postcode.

Netflix are going down the toilet by all accounts * - there's very little of their content that interests me. (bad joke) Treatment: Bad session today, and to add insult to injury my urgent (as of ?January) operation has been postponed for 3-4 months as both the required machines have "irretrievably" broken down - according to a letter from my Vascular consultant. He has asked his secretary (who must have typed the goddam letter) to contact me to arrange a time when we can have a telephone conversation. ffs. You couldn't make it more convoluted... |

Been at my pals for dinner after work.
I'm more cannelloni & red wine than man. I also tried Tiramisu for the first time. I've had the opportunity before but never fancied it. Was nice.
Perhaps the folding pizza man should start doing folded tiramisu. Game changer.
I'm waiting on the last train to Glasgow due to the Scotrail drivers dispute. The last train to my bit from GLC was 19.35 so a bus beckons.

Just saw* "Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness" and it was fantastic. 4*
A few caveats, if you know nothing about the MCU***, you won't watch this film anyway, if you do but haven't kept up too much, it will be confusing.
Okay, you've seen most**** of the films, you will really enjoy it.
But if you've seen all of it, especially "WandaVision" and "What If..." It's wonderful.*****
