I've never had an Aperol Spritze. I keep meaning to rectify that the one nice day we have in August. Tbf the rain is off now here since about 3pm. They're delicious. Sophisticated, but tangy and refreshing. |

They should be made 150ml sparkling wine, 100ml Aperol, 50ml soda, 3 cubes of ice and a slice of orange. Chuck it*, and have a proper drink instead.
