Anyone here tried Co-op ketchup? I have my reasons for asking. It's always worthwhile to mix up your tomato sauce game. Never stick doggedly to Heinz Ketchup etc... Coop Ketchup is fine.

A tory party - thatcherite cosplay sounds like something they would have been doing on wine time friday during lockdown. I guess it was too grim for the police or sue gray to investigate.

Hello I’m on an aero-plane. I’m puffing my neck out like a bull-frog and laughing at the expense of Greta and her band of eco- Nazis. This isn’t true … I regret that getting a ferry to Northern Ireland and back was impractical for the weekend. I regret that I didn’t have the guts, to make the big call ... Uh-Oh.
Also, I'd like to point out that Destry was 50% wrong last night. My question was 'Where is', not, 'What is'.
Harumph.

It's going to be chaotic this week; my main rig and backup file server are going to the PC 'doctor' for a complete physical clean and a w11 fresh install... So I will be using my second / backup PC for a couple of weeks... I have a ton of stuff + the treatment hells to get through + a double speed NP2 game and backups to do ...

Warhermitblog: gone a bit off piste with my usual painting process. I usually paint four or five miniatures at a time, working on a single colour at a time from shade to highlight. But somehow I’m working on ten. And rather than completing a colour, seem to be base coating all colours. it's not the most extreme midlife crisis I've ever heard I don’t know why I typed it. I feel like I needed to say it, but it didn’t necessarily need to be heard.

Anyone here tried Co-op ketchup? I have my reasons for asking. No I wouldn't recommend blending it with Tesco's own, it won't end well. Though I gather Sainsbury's works quite well.

Morning
So, a bit like who should be PM, it was decided without a democratic vote, that we were now using the eldests save file of Stray and working as a "team". This means they have the controller and I'm there purely in a supervisory role. Bah. Anyway, collected all the notebooks and made it to the top of the tower. Got killed quite a few times by those pesky Zurks. Now in The Slums part 2. It's really is a brilliant little game with some cool puzzles, 4* would recommend.
OTTM, no.

I only asked because a few days ago I decided to splurge some on a burger. The sauce was so thin I missed the burger by a country mile.
So... Mrs T has bought some Hogs Bottom handmade ketchup from a local market - will report back as and when.

Best sauce for steak? No sauce is best, just well seasoned and cooked med-rare so the blood is the best sauce, but I'd say:
Peppercorn Blue cheese Mushroom

I always buy supermarket own brand reduced salt and sugar tomato ketchup. It's cheaper and presumably healthier.
I don't care what it tastes like as I don't actually eat it myself; it's for The Others.

Whisky sauce
I occasionally make a generous sauce for steak.
Shallots, peppercorns, cream, whisky.
Is it any good? Yes. That is to say I like it

I like a peppercorn sauce on steak, but the best I’ve had is a beef-dripping red wine sauce. BOODIFUL. As for the ketchup comments… you’re all a bunch of heathens. Nothing comes close to the standard Heinz. Even their reduced sugar one is a pale imitation. The only alternative I’ve tried that I’ve found acceptable is Stokes: www.stokessauces.co.uk/shop/ketchup-sauces/ketchup/
