Lack of vowels and I bad some inspiration/ luck on line 3.
Only having 1 letter after 2 lines was helpful as it ruled out a lot of choices.

This was a lightning fast double speed Dark Galaxy game, where you started with a single 30 30 4 home star, 100 ships. 16 tick cycle so Production was every 8h - Banking is set to 16 so cash was plentiful. The distance between stars was Far… Bester's best book IMO is The Stars My Destination and as usual I took the alias of Foyle after Gully [Gulliver] Foyle, the Burning Man. It's not s simple read. |

In gaming news, I'm waiting for Scorn to come out as it looks suitably fucked up.
In other not gaming with videos but with collectable figurines news, we're running another tournament this year for Bolt Action, which is WW2 fellas kicking lumps out of each other and screaming "ACHTUNG" at a 50 year old man who is playing a historically accurate Chindit army representing his grandfather's unit which lost 40% of its manpower to dysentery.
First time since Covid, so looking forward to it.
