One and a half week's pay for each complete year of service after reaching the age of 41 I believe. But they cap at 20 yrs so I'd lose best part of 5 yrs which is pish. They cap the weekly pay too. |

PM and kids going camping again (Thurs to Sun, 4 nights) so I'm having a massive empty, with just me invited. Not really, I've made some sensible plans which include a night visiting a few pubs and another night going out to an Indian restaurant. The other nights will be an empty, with probably food ordered.

Hi,
The UK does seem to be a terrible terrible place.
Could it all be part of the Tories plan to deter foreign nurses, tradesmen, students, refurgees etc?
I certainly wouldnt want to live here if I had options.
The Tory leadership thing seems to be a massive wind up, who cares which pair of hands is going to hold us under the shit clogged water while we freeze to death?
Edinburgh Festival is still on and the Bin men have gone on strike, which I fully support. The streets are absolutely strewn with crap every day and also a lot of garbage that isnt being collected. Its a bit surreal seeing the amdram flyer botherers maintain their enthusiasm up to their ankles in litter.
We gave all our full time staff a 10% pay rise at the start of July to help with the insane rises in basic living, not sure why Edinburgh Clowncil cant give the bin Men 5%. Twats.

This week they won't be collecting plastics, cans, bottles from us.
Another one in a couple of weeks.
If it's the grey waste bin that might be a bit more problematic.
