Just got back from a 7 day stay at the in laws' place in Norfolk. The most exciting event by far was getting our car broken into at the services on the A1 on the way down, and getting my rucksack, my daughters rucksack and my mobile nicked, thus losing the first and much of the second day to police/insurance/autoglass admin. Shite, huh? They didn't get my PS vita that was in the glove box, my daughter's switch or wife's work laptop, thank fuckety.
Subsequently arranged a new mobile and sim, which were sent by courier to my home address instead of the requested address of my in laws' place, where they were tossed over the side gate, despite allegedly needing a signature and password for delivery. They were still there when I got home late last night, but as a result I've had a 6 night web detox. I'd like to say I enjoyed it but I didn't. Not be able to find out things immediately is for chumps. I would never have suspected how many times I reach for my phone to Google something, until it wasn't there for a few days
Have I missed much? What's new? Who's been a prick? If I've missed another pun run I'm going to kick off

muffrat. What have you missed? Well... Tuffers revealed yesterday that his tadger has a "distinctive knobbly shape" similar to that of twigs and a speckled-brown-over-pale-colour appearance. However, because of it diminutive size, he refers to it as his 'Twiglet'.

Meanwhile inward investment continues apace as thinly disguised pillaging of whatever assets we have left so that more and more of our vital infrastructure and industry is sliding into foreign hands...
