He then sorted out his confusion realising that it was Saturday and not Sunday as he had first thought. To return him to a state of confusion I suggested/said that it was in fact Sunday (knowing that it was Saturday and not in fact Sunday) and therefore throwing him back into confusion as some one else had confirmed that the day he had thought was right was in fact wrong. And that the day he had thought wrong was in fact right. Although it was wrong. What's confusing about that ? |

Ok, thanks for clearing that up. I now understand that Saturday isn't Sunday and that gongfarmer was confused about it being Saturday and not Sunday and that my confusion was due to not understanding that gongfarmer was confused about what day it was. (side note, are you sure it's Saturday, I think I've misplaced 12 hours)? |

Just been to Waitrose in Newton Mearns. Some good stuff. But what a mark up on some stuff. Can of IPA that Sainsbury's do for £2.50 at £3.05. More Tesla's and Lexus than you can shake a stick at in the car park. You don't get many bargains in Waitrose. They do the best stuff tho. I tend to go there once or twice a month. I don't think there is any supermarket that is consistently the cheapest for everything. I don't like Waitrose whote bread. Sainsbury is the best for bread. Tesco is ok but is not as good. |
