My mate Malcolm is getting here shortly, and I am as ready as I can be for my biweekly torture. It's now got even worse as there are distinct signs of gangrene in the ulceration on my left leg, the treatment for which is vigorous scrubbing with a rough cardboard. No amount of painkillers anaesthetises you to this. I know that it's a bit wussy, but this really terrifies me. So that is why I wander about imgur looking at stuff to distract me. This is a stunning photo of a diver watching the sunset... it's just a shame that it's only a tiny phone lens |

Morning Tuff-Tuff fans
Busy busy busy. Last day at work until Tuesday 1st (FIRST) of November. Off to the tropical Yorkshire coast on Monday for a week in a LUXURY caravan. Must remember to pack Bermuda shorts and hanky (for head).
Anyway, back to trying to get everything done at work, but more importantly covering my ar5e in case anything goes wrong and I'm not the one holding the smoking gun.
