Am I the only one here that actually finished* Elden Ring? *Including:  I think so Felice. I got to about level 40ish and about 40 hours and big boss 2, but then annoying stuff like life, work etc made me put it down for a while and it felt like a burden to pick it up again after a long lay off, but I think I will at some point. Alternatively, everyone could Go-fund me and my pension fund so I can retire. |

I helped my pal through the early stages. In his words, he's never been able to 'get' souls games. But I told him a few early pointers, and with this game, if you get a bit stuck, just bugger off somewhere else for a while and explore. Now he's becoming a True Souls Wanker™. He said he's even subscribed to some YouTuber (not Scamipal) called Eso?

I'm 61, soon to be 62, and I over-levelled to finish the game but before you can do that you need to persevere.
I researched, used glitches and cheesed but sometimes there is nothing to do but beat the fucker in front of you and I admit that when you do, it is horribly satisfying.

Beating the Tower Knight in Demon's is probably my best ever feeling playing games. I nearly quit the whole game and murdered everyone in the house as I just couldn't do it after MILLIONS of attempts. Then I did and the whole world just opened up to reveal a masterpiece.

Beating the Tower Knight in Demon's is probably my best ever feeling playing games. Xbox boy here so no Demons Souls, I beat DS1 and 2 but failed on the Two Princes in 3, I have a save somewhere where I could try it again but, life is to short for that.
