Lyle Lyle Crocodile chat. Since I had to sit through it, you now have to put up with my thoughts on it: The crocodile can't talk, but can sing songs that fit the context of the conversation. Why? Why not just have him talk as well? Javier Bardem's character. Was he supposed to be a good guy? Everyone seemed to like him, despite him behaving like an immoral cunt for much of the film. Didn't make sense Who owned the house? They kept mentioning a school owned it, but Bardem also seemed to own it, and was somehow allowed to live there even though there was a family living there. Plus Bardem seemed to give it away to some TV producer at the beginning. There was no need for that level of confusion I get why the crocodile ate food out of bins, but why did the family? The mum was a chef, but they ate food out of bins as if it was a positive thing Why did the dad and the crocodile wrestle? There was one comment early in the film that the dad used to wrestle when he was in school, but why did the crocodile want to wrestle him? Contrary to the rumours Kane is not dead.
I've been in full on cold turkey from a lack of medication.
I put in for my meds (Gabapentin) on Tuesday last and fully expected to pick them up in 2 days as normal for an automatic prescription, but no joy.
The GP's hadn't processed the request and I was left high and dry in full detox mode for the weekend.
I take 1800mg of Gabapentin every day, they know it's dangerous to cut someone off from Gaba's as it's a controlled drug and yet they did and not for the first time.
I am back now on them after an emergency request from the pharmacist, so no more flop sweats, screaming aches and freezing cold feeling - I hope.
And Sunak can do one, thats all.

It's Vicky 3 day today, I'm thinking of going all in as the Otterman empire and taking over the whole of Europe. Of course we all know how that went in reality as the Ottermen are now extinct.
I've had an influx of heavy vitamins and am feeling top of the notch at the moment, so eexpcet more f this kind of quality content later in the day
Felice - I never made it to the Reaper in Persona 5, I basically just played the first palace on ps4, then on ps5, and again on Switch. Top banana.

Spinal damage due to a motorcycle accident. Fell off a swing as a child fracturing my skull, the shockwave went down my spine. Also fell off a climbing from 10 ft up in my 20's and ripped my right rotator cuff (I've had 2 rips to my rotator, the second one on the Judo mat). Fractured my right wrist and impacted my spine again. Spinal nerve damage top to bottom. Lower lumbar L1-5, sciatic nerve is being rubbed by the sciatic bone causing intermittent paralysis. whiplash damage in a car accident (I was a passenger). Damage to both ankles from severe sprains and ligaments damage. Damage to both knees from Judo and carpet fitting. Brain damage from drug addiction alcohol addiction. I am also allergic to a ton of things - pets, birds grass and pollen etc. I still managed to train and teach in the Martial Arts. Sensei had to pop a couple of vertebrae in one time, it tingled! Kane the broken. |

I almost forgot, Mount and Blade 2 is out on consoles today. I had a fantastic time riding horses up siege scaffolding and then jumping into enemy fortresses to ride around lopping heads off in the first one. Online multiplayer done right.
Mount and Blade for PS4 was the very first blog pump I induced. Funnily enough the idea of smashing each others heads in with maces was a popular one for the chatterbox demographic. Good memories.

Its hot here in Crete. Damn hot. Lunch was a massive pile of lamb chops and veg cooked over an olive wood fire, smothered in some kind of mustard sauce, and washed down with a litre of tooth-achingly cold rose wine. Lush. Been out about half a mile on a stand up paddle board in the sea today, seen a (small) shark, shit myself and came back. Off to some town now for a bit of light sightseeing and some supper - try not to get through any more prime ministers until we're back on Thursday please guys

I keep hearing his name as Sushi Sumac*; and I guess matching fries to that would be challenging! *We had a mature Sumac in the garden which the idiotic previous house owner planted 6 months before we moved in. Bastard - it shot up and was full size and started attacking the wall by the time we moved in. My ex- decided to make one of her rare forays into gardening while I was working abroad. Silly cow sawed it off at the trunk and chopped it down so just the base of the trunk. "Sumac propagates by rhizome. Small shoots will be found growing near a more mature sumac tree via a shallow running root quite some distance from the primary tree. Thus, root pruning is a means of control without eliminating the plants altogether." If you leave a 3+" root in or on the ground it will reroot and grow a new tree. It took 5y to extirpate the fucker and we had to repoint the back wall and strengthen it. As we've found out, getting rid of a Sumac isn't easy... it keeps coming back. |
