I’m playing Fortnite tomorrow with a friend of mine who lives in New Zealand. Then I might go to a ‘Britain is Broken’ march. Anyone … Anyone care to join me?… Saboteur.

Evening
Chinese takeaway en route.
I've decided to go full Carb-Man and have SWAPPED OUT my spring roll for salt and pepper chips to accompany my Singapore fried rice. Rice AND chips. Boom!

I've never heard Tubular Bells other than the obvious bit. Perhaps I should give it a listen. I never knew it had a narrator either Anyway, lazybones, how are you? Plans for the weekend? You've been quiet. Hope work isn't causing you too much stress/angst. Risotto for dinner. I'd thoroughly reccomend it. It's not for everyone, but I was indoctrinated into it as a baby, my folks would put it on the stereogram to make me go sleep as a wain. Have half a chew and listen to it on headphones, it's 20 mins out of your life, and it's a real journey, it's pretty prog but it is melodic and accessible. To be fair I've tried to make at least a dozen people listen to it whilst leathered over the years, I've yet to find anyone who gets it, but you might be lucky number 13 Crank 🤞

The truth is - with this Britain is Broken march - I like being part of a hooting, booing mob. I want to be kettled. The pm is away…
One of my colleagues asked if I would like to go, and she is meeting another ex-colleague. I’ve got time on my hands and … it’s rich experience. I think it might be rich. I hope it’s rich.

Do I go to Tesco for cheap La Chouffe, or Waitrose for standard priced Westmalle and Tripel Karmeliet?
What am I going to eat?

I'm sensing a lot of tubular animosity, and that's fine. Don't tell me you all haven't got your own 70's prog guilty pleasure, you hot shower of wankers. Any more shit from the peanut gallery and I'll be forced to explain the brilliance of JMJ's Oxygene, you've been warned

Someone's got to stick up for our tax-dodging, private island owning, Caribbean dwelling multimillionaires. They have a hell of a time

There's a Vimto chew with my name on it tonight so perhaps. I listened to plenty of The Orb and other assorted basically prog back in the day.. so I can't see it being too dissimilar.

I was a big fan of Creme Brulee.
I kind of liked their early stuff, before they sold out at the Eurovision
