I waited at the deli counter for ages but Shenguin never turned up. Mind you, I did see an unkempt man by the pond trying to punch the ducks and asking them in a slurred voice if they wanted fries with that..? Still, I got an £8 sausage roll, so the trip wasn't entirely wasted.

@xmas woes.
Mrs T went shopping yesterday. When she came back I took a cursory examination of the pressies she had purchased. "Who's that for?", I enquired. "That's your present from me.".
(I specifically told her I didn't want any of them for Xmas) Oh well, at least I did all the internal seething yesterday.
