I went to some Christmas illumination thing the other night. It was -5 degrees, and faceless jnr whined the whole way round. To add to the fun, we went with my folks, so I had to listen to my dads opinions on the world cup (too many foreigners in the Premier league etc)
It's the most wonderful time of the year

For Christmas I am making an "Afternoon Tea" for the Pref.Mam., cucumber sandwiches* along with smoked salmon sandwiches, home made scones and little cakes** served with some " Kylie Minogue Prosecco DOC Rose" and a cup of tea. I'm going to chuck in some pork pies as well. *surprisingly complicated and pointless **bought I take it you are cutting the crusts off the sandwiches to ensure they are properly pointless. I've always assumed decrusted high tea cucumber sandwiches are for people who lack teeth. |

The i've been pissed for hours and i'm two glasses of wine from vomiting on myself look can't be achieved in 20 minutes.
