I can add a new one to the list. The Bards College has a set of fetchy quests after the main quest. These involve nabbing an instrument and the rewards are usually an increased level across several skills.

Managed to syphon 20 litres of petrol out of ‘le rust-bucket’ before it goes to the scrappy.
Been a while since I did that, and forgot you’re no meant to inhale the vapour while sucking on the hose.
Took me right back to my teens for a few minutes!

Two days until I am off. At least it's more mild now. Very wet but mild. Kid 2 has a mild fever and we rang 111 at 9.30 in the morning yesterday and chased a few times and finally got offered an appointment when they rang at 7 p.m. The appointment was 7 a m. today. They then rang us (woke us) at midnight to cancel the appointment and stated we had to go to another G.P. at 2.30 a.m. instead. We told them to jog on and thankfully the G.P. surgery this morning was able to fit us in at 9.30 this morning. Bloody marathon getting us to this point. How is K2, fella? |

Had an ace weekend - had eight good friends over for dinner on Saturday, went to the Chinese supermarket and smashed out a mini banquet. Plased with myself, still eating the leftovers
They're a thirsty bunch, filled up the glass recycling bin, but made a net gain on booze with what got left behind. Drinking nice whisky on a Monday, it's beginning to feel a lot like Xmas
