amipal there, making me all nostalgic for 'Silkworm'. Me and a mate used to play that til the wee hours, while getting absolutely chinese-eyed on early '90s hash. One of the few games that we seemed to get better at, the more wasted we were.

I have bought a new remote control for my Marantz (audiophile wanker) streamer from a popular auction site.
It is the bet £25 I have spent since your mum (yesterday).
The enter and down button both work reliably.
This is very important to me.
The old rc was very unreliable. It would refuse to count presses, then go for two at once.
It was not a battery issue. It had just worn out after 10 years.

Who needs excel when you can smartsheet? I mean you can have a bespoke it system but if BT turn off the wrong plug all the shit hits the fan. Imagine the fun if they bring in the new emergency service radio system, everything goes down at once?

Ooh, and I found out today - 'my' PS5 turns up this week (the one my daughter won, but traded me)... They wanted to present it to her in a school assembly next week but she's nixed that. Fingers crossed I'll be PlayStation-ing by weekend
