Banana Weetabix > chocolate Weetabix > normal Weetabix The child eats 3 chocolate Weetabix most days. As much or less sugar than a lot of other cereals, but at least lots of fibre. I'm about to have porridge with banana, apple, blueberry, flax seed, dried apricots. Then all the coffee. Up too late three nights in a row. Meh.

Banana Weetabix > chocolate Weetabix > normal Weetabix Tuffers may be even more dangerous that Muffrat. Dangerous or not, I have added a box of banana weetabix to the Tesco delivery. I didn't even know they existed, they sound brilliant. What a lunch that will be.

Today's not going well. I have been included on a project but there's clear overlap with what someone else is doing. I raised queries on the work produced by said colleague and I was immediately circumvented in another email ( which my boss forwarded to me) where that colleague essentially asked my queries to be ignored as we were short on time (i.e. they were late doing their bit).

I had a reminder in my personal ‘To Do’ list.
It was to call a genetic counsellor.
Two years I spoke to someone about a letter my mum had, linking a gene mutation she had with motor neuron disease. The person I spoke to said the mutation wasn’t explicitly linked so they couldn’t test me for it, but I should get back in touch in two years’ time. Maybe a link would have been made?
Fuck. To be honest I don’t want to do it. What if they say ‘Yes there is a link’. There will be a 50 / 50 chance I have it.
It’s good to talk.

You could do a DNA test and see what they say you're likely to get. But kinda fuck that.

Apparently under the heading "picture books" on our website I can't say
Books for pre-school children. Or school age if your kid is a fucking dunce.
Can't say anything nowadays.

About 20 mins ago I came down to find a fucking magpie in the kitchen
There's been an injured one flapping about the neighbour's garden for a few days... The cat's apparently brought it in for the kitten to play with. He was chasing it round the kitchen sniffing it. They're fucking massive up close, I don't know how he got it through the catflap
Can't fly, wing fucked, leg fucked, eye missing. I'm waiting at the vet now to have it euthanized - I offed that frog last year but I haven't got the stomach to kill a bird
Oh, and magpie shit absolutely stinks

You could do a DNA test and see what they say you're likely to get. But kinda fuck that. I hope I’d deal with debilitating illness in a brave and inspirational way. I’d invite the BBC Breakfast team to film me doing a sponsored limp to India’s ‘Hamta Pass’, and once I was up there throw myself into a ravine.
