hi
Oh man.
I just witnessed a hate-crime. I didnβt do anything. I just walked on. There were two women at the station, with their children - I assume they were their children - two boys. The women were adjusting some large bags they had while the boys sat down on a bench. One of the boys then said βThis is the boysβ bench. That oneβs for girls.β Then βBoys are the best. Girls are stinkys.β
What did I do? Nothing. I did nothing. I just walked on.

Hello.
One of the fair rides I went on yesterday had a Roland Sp-404 sampler in the booth.
I'm assuming it was for "scream if you wanna go faster" type samples and not that he was making beats when he should have been taking care of ride safety.
Possibly off up the West end today.
Need to turn off my work emails on my phone when on holiday. Not expected to reply - but getting six fucking emails yesterday asking me to do stuff really ripped mah knittin.
Games. TD2. Need to delete it again as it's all I'm playing and get back on the TLOU2 horse.

Apart from the overt sexism, where was the third bench for those who identify as non-binary?

Anyone (not) here using Virgin internet? Suckers. We have Virgin. The service was flaky this morning. Alexa was confused and some websites would load whereas others, including this one, timed out. All seemed to be resolved after I rebooted the router.

My niece's PM, who was serving on HMS Diamond. He, who was told by said woman to chuck in his career and get a land-based job has done so.
He now climbs pylons for Western Power.

Cromer-chat!
Go to Sheringham instead. Or Wells.
Cromer is OK for a visit, but tries too hard to live up to the 'All Pier and hotels' vibe, and feels a bit artificial cos of that. Sheringham has a much nicer feel to it, plus a working steam railway if that's your thing. The 2 are so close together though that you could do both in a day.
Wells used to have a narrow gauge steam railway, but that was ripped out a couple of years back, and replaced with an electric-bus-shuttle service. Thanks Greta! The fish'n'chip racket is run by 2 local mafiosi.... the French's and the Platten's who both know their stuff, but you will get better service if you slag off the other family, whichever you choose. Oh and you can say Hi to my mum.
If you do visit Cromer, look out for the blue plaque to the Sex Pistols, who played their penultimate UK gig at the Links Pavilion there on Xmas eve 1977, and make sure you gob on it for posterity. The blue-rinse brigade love that.
