I'm still waiting for the ambulance; the surgery department is just opening up and I am waiting for their call back to tell me what is going on. I asked for the ambulance contact details in case of problems when I was confirming all the details. "You won't need that". I should have insisted...
Relief: I'm booked to be collected at 9:06...

A quiet day lined up after the busy three just gone. The boy needs a run, but we’ve got deliveries due today AT SOME POINT, so stuck indoors til they arrive.
TVblog: two episodes of DS9.
Gamesblog: I’ve been playing Alien Breed 3D on the Amiga. Quite far into it, but have very little ammunition… I don’t foresee much success on the next level.

Operation is cancelled - The nursing staff weren't explicit about requirements, and iNEPTs (the Ambulance service) have records with inaccurate information. The Ambulancemen were bloody brilliant and checked out workarounds and undertook to correct and update their records at iNEPT. Although the Ambulancemen could make it work, iNEPT hadn't booked a return trip 2 man crew and now can't do so. I've a ton of stuff to do to get back to normal.

Apart from anything else no one is testing any longer so the vast majority of cases will be completely unknown. You need to make it clear that the pandemic is over otherwise there is a risk your game week will be ruined. Do you have any symptoms? Pink eye, thirst taste for human flesh. minor cough etc? |

Ideally the pm/child test negative on Monday and go to Grandma's house. I test positive and stay at home. Only symptom is a slight sore throat and a thirst for IPA. I tested negative in work earlier. |

I had a haircut yesterday. I asked for it be cut as short as possible with scissors. I was in a rush too and I think the hair-cutter could sense that. The result is brutal and uncompromising. Especially with regards to active hair follicle distribution.
